Section 5.1. General Powers. Except as otherwise provided in the Articles of Incorporation the affairs of the chapter shall be governed by its Board of Directors (FCRW’s Board of Directors is herein referred to as the “Board of Directors” and the individual members of the December 2023 Board of Directors are herein referred to as “Directors”). It shall be the Board of Directors’ duty to carry out the objectives and purposes of the chapter, and the Board of Directors may exercise all powers of FCRW except as otherwise reserved in these Bylaws and the Articles of Incorporation of the chapter.
Section 5.2. Composition. The Board of Directors shall be composed of the Officers and Directors of FCRW. The duties and voting rights of all Officers and Directors must comply with State Law and be outlined in FCRW’s policies. The total composition of the Board of Directors shall not exceed eight Officers and Directors.
Section 5.2.1. Officers. Officers of FCRW shall be the President, Secretary, and Treasurer.
Section 5.2.2. Directors. Directors of FCRW shall be: Director of Programming, and Director of Fundraising.
