Lorah Jaiyn

Lorah Jaiyn is a Central Florida romance author whose writing career began three years ago, sparked by empty nest syndrome and the bittersweet ache of an Air Force family keeping her grandchildren just out of reach. She channeled that longing into stories that live somewhere between the warmth of Hallmark and the drama of Lifetime, inspired by her love of Nora Roberts and Nicholas Sparks.

Lorah describes herself as having the heart of a bear: soft and cuddly one moment, fierce and formidable the next. That duality flows naturally into her work, where romance is always at the center but emotions run the full spectrum.

When she is not writing, Lorah is outdoors exploring Central Florida's natural spaces, fostering baby squirrels in need, and trying to get any work done despite her Jack Russell terrier's best efforts to derail her.
