I started life as an Army brat, the next to the youngest of five children. My parents then retired to southcentral Pennsylvania where I lived until my husband and I married in 1983. My husband joined the Army and we lived in Germany and Georgia and then moved back to Pennsylvania. We have four children and seven grandchildren.

We love traveling and have visited many countries and love learning the history of the areas we visit. West Highlands Dreams is my first book. It was a story in my mind for decades before I gathered up the courage to put it on paper.
